kgateway
Image · Gateway · standard · v2.4.3
kgateway, the CNCF Gateway API control plane that succeeded Gloo Edge. Watches Gateway, HTTPRoute, GRPCRoute and its own gateway.kgateway.dev policy CRDs, programs Envoy over xDS and provisions the proxy fleet itself. Pairs with the QuenchWorks kgateway-envoy data plane. Ships two minor lines because 2.2.x pins its amd64 data plane to a vendor fork of Envoy this catalog does not rebuild. Carries the Wolfi envoy binary for the strict xDS validation path.
Version
The latest line lives at the base page; older lines have their own page so you can pin and verify exactly that version.
Current digest (deployed by the chart)
sha256:2e9e53df55dcbefdb53bb7fc0740eebd430a3c30ad5b051a036dca85cb99c5b9Signatures, the SBOM, and provenance all attach to this digest. Pin to it for reproducible, tamper-evident pulls.

Verify the supply chain
This image is cosign-signed and carries an SPDX SBOM and a SLSA build-provenance attestation on the same digest. Check all three yourself:
# 1. signature — built and signed by QuenchWorks CI

# 2. SLSA build provenance — which workflow built it, from what

Transparency
Every image carries its SBOM and provenance as attestations on the same digest, publicly verifiable with the commands above (they check the package and the Sigstore transparency log, Rekor).
